I am trying to register and whenever i enter password it doesn't accept it always window pop that please enter 14 to 18 letters or numbers only and i did this everytime but failed

I configured it correctly.. initially the app worked fine. However now the inverter shows online even after reconfiguring the wifi module.. What can be the reason can anyone guide me on this.

I've encountered several issues with the app, including persistent errors indicating that I am offline, which prevent me from viewing inverter details. Additionally, the registration process was fraught with problems. Overall, my experience with this application has been very unsatisfactory

After updating to version 2.0.0 the inverter showing offline in app i checked the wifi status and it's working fine. Please fix this issue on your backend. Also why don't we have access to data offline. Why are you gathering users location and data.
