Even the latest version but the frozen is still happened that game experience is not good

I play this game on macbook pro (intel), macbook air (m1), and ipad 2018. On all the devices, this game frquently become no response and shows the spinning wheel . (stuck about 3 ~ 5 seconds for about every 3 minute, even in main menu) The game is still playable but really annoying. Hopefully, this can be fixed.
