Need to improve
The customer service need to do better. The company does not have a call center line. The company does not have headquarters or offices. Customers need to know where they can go in case something goes terribly wrong.i had a customer who was frustrated by customer service, He was helpless and i didn’t know the company offices as an agent. On the app there is an option for instant EFT but it takes more than 24 hours thats not instant🤔 E wallet is very slow.
