Love the app and who doesn’t love Someburros (sometimes 3 times a week like it). Unfortunately I can not customize my items. Like if I want extra chicken in my burrito in my #12 combo, there is no extra chicken modifier, I have to add a $5 side of chicken and make a note the the $5 side of chicken is for my burrito in the combo #12. It’s fairly hard to tell if my burrito has extra meat or if they forgot to include the extra chicken in my order. Sometimes the chicken comes in a styrofoam container which is ok, just not the same. Still easier than calling. Great job someburros

My online order said 18 mins for pick up. I gave them double that before I headed to pick up my order. It’s now been an hour and 18 minutes and I am still waiting for my order…

Whatever you do, don’t go to the South Chandler location. There is one manager that is awful, she is rude and disrespectful. She has no business being in the service industry.

Finally a real upgrade!

What a useless app. Like an earlier review, it always takes you to the website. Despite having a loyalty account for over a year, it says my email isn’t in the system. It gives options to log in using Apple, Facebook, or Twitter but none of those features work. It merely takes you to a blank screen.

Simply doesn’t function well. Every page that should let you accomplish something just opens a webpage in Safari. Can’t do anything on the app. Great food though, would recommended calling in your order

The title of the review literally says it all. I LOVE Someburros, but their app is garbage. Bottom line, if you want to place an order with all this Covid-19 stuff going on, you either need to go online or call it in.

Why introduce an app that’s slow and doesn’t function the way it should? They don’t even offer free chips like Fillibertos does during COVID19. Call in your order - much faster. Never mind. I take it back...I just got my food order and they gave me a Pollo Fundido WITHOUT CHEESE OR BEANS!! Just go somewhere else, or get the free chips n salsa at Fillibertos.

I can not place orders, check my account balance , upload receipts . Please develop the app before you release it !
