i have created a online fdr. i did everything online.but when its time to maturity date.i call customer service they told me to go that branch...i am far away from there...now i am stuck on there and nobody is helping me.

I have been trying to sign up for 3 weeks and still dont know why i am not getting the approval to use it? Isnt it my right to open and use the app under my account? It is frustrating and annoying! I credit them for deploying the app, however I am not at all satisfied for their services. Which should be their priority.

It always say “Cannot connect to server. Check you internet connection.” This is what a government banking app. Says a lot about government. Who they hire. How they function.

I can't login app. It showing that "Can not connect to the server" though i tried through wifi and mobile data both. Please fix this issue.
