Good service fast easy service

Mostly i am not able to use my app. Its not opening. kindly fix the issue. Some time i need to make urgent transfer but the app hangs on the first image

Been using app for over 4 years. Stops working without warning. Have had to reinstall multiple times. Service unavailable over 10 % of time - how can this be a banking app..? Still does not show fixed deposits despite at least a dozen complaints over past 4 years. Pathetic would be appropriate generous description. NEW USERS BEWARE - app is NOT reason to bank with Soneri. Not the greatest bank anyways!!

Regretting the day when I opened my account in soneri. Providing worst online banking services ever. 1st, they disable their app after every 2,3 days and you can't perform transactions 2nd, They don't detect fingerprint to quickly login to account. 3rd, You can't use app unless you update the app. IN SHORT, YOU CAN'T USE THIS APP WHENEVER YOU ARE IN HURRY AND HAVE TO DO EMERGENCY TRANSACTIONS. WORST AND PARHETIC SERVICES EVER

please make an option for delete transactions history
