Terrible app, do not waste your money buying. Been over a month since I bought it. Their app and web version both lag tremendously and takes forever to load the app and dial a number. Wasted my time and money. Would not recommend anyone to buy.

Being an offshore service provider, we must have on the top of communication either it is being received through SMS or Call…through Sonetel, we had our presence in United States and United Kingdom. Now, not depending on clients to be present for any chat with their customers/bank/vendors across globe. Thank you Sonetel, you made it so easy! Good Luck for new and never ending innovations!

I travel a lot internationally and it was getting extremely costly to maintain a phone number in multiple countries. This has made my life so much easier and saved me a ton of money! The app itself is still in development it seems, but the bones are good. Customer service so far has been excellent. Definitely recommend!

It keeps showing different errors when I try to sign up like “internal error”, “email already in use”, etc

I have been using the app from long time and it’s work great. I am using it for Canadian number to stay connected locally and so far no regrets and great customer service if you have any questions they are available. I would recommend this app for sure.
