Incredibly buggy

In general, Songkick is a brilliant way to discover upcoming gigs. Recently however, every time I open the app I need to login again, any fixes for this?

There’s a bug where opening the app from a notification doesn’t work. You get a message saying they’re aware of the problem but it’s been like this for a couple of months now.

It’s a great way to keep track of shows in your upcoming area! One improvement I’d like you to add; Being able to request an artist to come to your area through the app, instead of having to go to Songkick in the browser to do so.

I saw that straykids had a concert so when i clicked on the link it was for a romantic book or it was for some random website where you needed to pay. Where is the concert???? Because it said unknown venue??? But the price and date are known. What is going on???????

The app is broken for a long while now, showing a screen that they’re aware of it, and you’ll need to restart the app to use it. But you need to restart it everytime, which is very annoying.

I’m pretty sad to give this 2 star review. I can live with the sometimes clunky ui and hiding some useful features under profile. But the last months the app has become very slow. I have to stare at loading spinners a lot. And now about 40% of the time I open the app I get the onboarding experience. When I force close the app and I reopen it all is well again (after the loading spinners disappear). It has been so useful for me to track my concerts over the years. I really hope this issues can be fixed and the app can simply become great again.

All my settings deleted by the app, not happy!

The search function is honestly really bad, it just lags and does not search properly. Have always had this problem
