Nice app, orribile assistance, crazy cloud price and policy
The app is nice, although a bit messy mostly with the recording. It is not compatible between iPhone and iPad so you need to buy it twice, so I only bought the iPhone one. Not only, when I changed iPhone it asked me to buy it again. After asking help to the company, which was useless and late, I decided that the best option to have the app set up as I had it, was to buy their gold priced cloud. The application told me that I had more then 500 gigs, therefore I bought their cloud to cover the gigs. In fact, when uploaded them to the cloud it could only upload 185 mb, therefore i could have saved the second step of the cloud program. Last but not the least, as the upload to the cloud, was only 185 mb, I had to go through Dropbox for the other 300 more mb and now I have to manually recompose the songs. Terrible service. Not acceptable. Luckily i was refunded by Apple.
