rubbish app ，I bought it because it was good before

This app can cause heart attack when using. Every time it’s launched, it requires “network update” despite the speaker is playing at that instance. After the “update network” is done, it’s OK until the app is relaunched. Same problem. The much older version of the app was OK until now. It has been updated several times, but still the same problem. Current version is 80.04.04. Anyone doing anything to rectify this?

Dear admin, kindly to look into the issue, because of I’m just update the app to all black version Sonos app, the problem is keep disconnected and app is running and disconnect the device. I need to restart and connect it again, but disappointed that the issue in still.

App feels slow, have always felt slow using Apple Music. Latest update makes it impossible to use the app.

The new app is buggy and practically a test to ur patience. Useless...really.

SONOS , you keep upgrading the controller , and the new version always causes issue at first and even worse if you don’t change your phone to a latest model ( using iPhone 11 & 7) you won’t be able to use it. Your latest version looks great , but lot of speaker connectivity issue and music provider issue! Does not connect or recognize the speaker most of the time , and have to do a search or reset and takes very long to connect to the music provider like Spotify and TuneIn . You should try it out a bit longer before forcing users to download. Please help fix it is getting annoying:( Thanks NB : use to be able to link to my iPhone , timer and screen short cut controller, no more :(

Trueplay wont save.. everytime when reopen the apps truplay and all EQ are all back to default. Even trueplay also been off. And I got experience my whole speakers system been remove by itself automatically even my id still signed in. This never happen before this major update. Very disappointed

New “black” app is very slow; long latency to find system; no possibility to play music files from NAS anymore. ( this is very frustrating as one cannot play own music collection anymore). The new “black” app is a downgrade, the previous “golden” app was much better also from usability point of view.

Bring the earlier version back please. I made the monumental blunder of leaving my app on automatic update. I would advise everyone not to do this or update to the new version while Sonos fix all the issues. There is no admission of guilt or apology whatsoever from Sonos that they ****ed the show up . Have lost total respect for a company which had I much admiration for. Always looked for the next product launch - not anymore

Everything become slow yes u did have a good ui now but please searching and play for a song I have to wait ?? After the latest update 5th of june alarm function still not working!
