Sorce - Get a New Job

As a marketing professional, my experience on the app was there were a lot of sales or MLM related job opportunities that would respond to me or show up and search. Inevitably it wasn’t worth a time or money to submit application applications on this platform.

This app is a disaster. Setting up an account was a nightmare, full of glitches and errors. Even worse, it won’t let you upload a resume—which is literally the most important part of a job app. I’ve tried on both my laptop and phone, and nothing works. Completely useless and a waste of time.

Great idea but bad execution. The filters are limited and barely work. Jobs are mostly software and It. Terrible user experience. 3 stars for the idea

App will not let me delete my account.

At first, I was stoked to have a bit of help in applying for jobs that fit my resume. At the premium level, I’m no longer receiving viable jobs to apply to after 10+ days of use. Furthermore, the jobs that did pop up did not fit my experience. Also, I can’t see how my resume has been adjusted, using Ai, to and applied to specific jobs. I’ve expanded my job experience search criteria in hopes of new jobs popping up, but zero luck. I assume, to talk to customer service we have to download another app called Discord. There’s no CS in the Swype app. Their AI will answer questions for you, but there were a good amount of the answers that were not fully correct when sussing info from your resume. Overall, this is an awesome idea, but needs a bit more transparency for the user… especially at the Premium level.

the UI is ehhh and it’s super expensive

There’s literally no roles outside of online tech engineers or software developers showing up. I get the tech industry is the biggest highest paying thing out there for most but most of the economy in the US isn’t in the tech sector. Seems like this app is a waster if you’re in literally any other industry.

Sorce is a really great option to find and apply to lots of jobs fast. Got job at Jane Street in a few weeks. Price is super reasonable for what you get - to all the people saying $15/week is expensive, you are not serious people. Love the rebrand and am excited for the future!
