I like the game but i cant pass the level because i can’t upgrade the train. The app has a lot of bugs

I love playing this game, but it has it’s issues. The upgrade button disappears and a hand is pointing to nothing. With not being able to upgrade to the next level the game can become boring. Can this not be fixed? I am reading that others are having the same issues.

Too bad. This is the second time the game has broken on me. I’d play it for hours and spend money, but it’s not worth it since it breaks. It’s the same as other reviews - the button to upgrade goes away and you get stuck on a level. Or the finger points to an upgrade button and it’s grayed out. It stinks. I’m giving it one more try, then deleting forever if it breaks again.

Cute game, therapeutic, but upgrade buttons missing… animated finger tapping on nonexistent upgrade buttons…. level 110 cannot go further… ;(

I love this game but the arrow is pointing to a non existent upgrade and I can’t level up now! I have 1.2 M coins and no way to spend them or continue the game. I’ll keep it for another week but after the first week of the year if we can’t get it fixed I’ll have to move on

I love playing this game, to the point where I purchased the add free pack + extras (the $10 thing). As soon as I made the purchase, the game started glitching out - the trains are now missing, boxes to sort people are not showing the people, and I cannot actually play the game now. I’m going to try to uninstall/reinstall the game to see if that resolves it, but based on other reviews I’m going to end up losing my progress. I’m on like level 88 😪 Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I lost all of my progress and much I anticipated. Tapped restore purchases then the button disappeared. I figured I was good - but no. I lost all of the gems and power ups that I received from the purchase that I never had the chance to use and I still have ads. 🙃 so I just lost $10; I’m going to attempt to contact support. Will update after I hear (or don’t hear) from them. Update #2: support link is broken and there is no way to contact support.

It’s not letting me go from lv 73 to lv 81. There’s nothing to upgrade on the screen. Would you please fix. Other than that I love playing the game. Thanks

Can the gane be fixed for the upgrades button in the game i get to level 23 and stuck there cause supposedly I need to upgrade something but theres no button and i love this gane!

So very sad I can’t play. Just tried again. Watched video by mistake for unlimited passages for 15 minutes but can’t use it because I have no buses and no way to get them to appear. One of my passenger slots is empty but can’t put any in it. I really miss this game. Please fix it. Still can’t play. I think the update may have been when the glitch started. I no longer have transport vehicles. Please fix it so I can play again. Love the game. But suddenly it’s super glitchy today. Was blocking moves so I restarted and now missing vehicles
