Need more info here …. Such as time of pickup at the curb. What goes in which bin. What’s allowed and what isn’t. Etc. the app would be improved greatly with this info.

Great for helping me remember and prevent waste build up

While the app is helpful in determining when what will be picked-up and especially customizable notifications, there are also shortcomings: The app does not provide the ability to integrate (or sync) the schedule to native calendar apps such as Google Calendar or the Apple Calendar equivalent, which in my mind would be a huge asset. Garbage trucks these days are equipped with a GPS tracker- it would be neat to set-up a geofence around the home address and get last-minute alarms, not to miss pick-up (yes, it happens;-) but also to set-out the bins closer to the time of pick-up, as to minimize curb side time and discourage wildlife to take a nibble.

Useful reminders of collection days. Could have better information about what goes in each bin.

Having the handy app makes it easy to get my containers out on time.

I agree with the comment that it sometimes can be difficult to determine if something can be recycled or added to organically. The search results are either too broad or too specific. It would also be nice to have some guides for pre-sorting flexible plastics (i.e. bags, wraps, envelopes) as the “crinkly” versus “stretchy” distinction doesn’t always cut it. Love the reminders and the item search function, when it works for me, is very useful!

It is difficult finding out what exactly is recyclable in the app. I do like the text reminders that are sent out a couple of days before pickup.

App seems to work ok. The access to information is however very general in nature with little depth. Not much help with figuring out where specific items need to be recycled or just go to trash.

Great service, we find that we have way less garbage now and I don’t have to take the grass clippings to the dump any more. Thanks for the great service and the reminder app really is helpful.
