Soul Land: Awaken Warsoul

This is the fourth day since I’m having trouble playing arena when their is always a unknown error showing up each time I try to battle in arena. When I try to talk with the customer service the person did not try to help me and no matter what I say he just ignore me.

This game keep saying it full of people and I can’t load in. Even thought I can choose my character but for the name it keep saying someone have take this name. I try many time of getting the location but it keep saying no more room.

I have played a lot of games on my phone searching for the right one and this is it pick one sever and build your team stronger the better it takes time well worth it!!!

The devs don’t really care about us players and we never get something on time as they say that there are fixing bugs or technical issues and the people working there are lazy and want us to give 5 star reviews to motivate them to do work on their own game.

There’re is no new warsoul event ? No care players ? Please look at player… we actually need up to date.

I do have something I need to put out though. The game is well made, however, I do want to point out that if it's possible to change the way the characters names are shown? The thing is you have the main characters name alongside the name you input for the 2 through 5 characters. For example, my characters name is Skyye and one is Apollos but it'd show as Skyye x Apollos, something along that line. It'd be cool if the characters get there own individual names shown. Also is it possible to incorporate Soul Land 2 through 4 characters and abilities one day?! I'd really love to have Huo Yuhao's abilities!

I don’t. Yet we’ve reported griefing and other TOS violations for months with no support.

First off I would like to say that this game is terrible if you want something eye catching make it so that you get a random soul when you join the game and then allow the player to pick what monsters he will have in his soul for example the yellow ring could be a plant soul or a animal soul if you watch the donghua maybe you will get inspiration.

Customer support is a joke! I am one of the top 20 players in this game and have spent a LOT. Not once has customer support EVER done anything. They tell you to send pictures and when you do they STILL REFUSE to help at all. I just quit bc they take my money and when I have a simple problem they refuse to correct it....SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!
