Cat and how she approaches yoga has helped me so much in so many ways. She is so empathetic and always reminds you to take pauses and be gentle with yourself, which helps me a lot, as I struggle with being gentle with myself sometimes. Also I love the variety of styles she offers and as I‘m from Germany and love speaking and hearing English, hearing her voice makes me happy. I trust her without even knowing her in real life and that is a big step for me. Best app ever!

Mit Cat habe ich einen super Atemrhythmus gefunden, mit dem ich entspannen oder auch fließen kann. Alles wird detailliert erklärt und es gibt Optionen für jedes Level. Durch die Community entsteht eine zusätzliche Unterstützung und ein wundervolles Gefühl der Zusammengehörigkeit. Unbedinge Empfehlung!

Love the classes, the energy, the meditations and as a yoga teacher myself the movement breakdowns. Cat has created a beautiful safe space for everyone.

Super happy mit SoulSanctuary! Es gibt einen Anfängerkurs, viele viele „normale“ Videos in unterschiedlichen Längen und auch Zusatzkurse. Zum Beispiel ein Spagatkurs, der mich wirklich näher an meinen Spagat gebracht hat.

Soul Sanctuary is my go to yoga platform. The app is very easy to use. I love that you can select the sessions that you have completed and love. Cat is an amazing instructor. I feel I have improved. I also love the guest instructors. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful platform to practice yoga, Cat is a genuine and authentic teacher. There are numerous types of classes, yoga, meditation, how to learn certain poses. Live classes also. Yoga covers every level from beginner, intermediate and advanced. Fantastic value, I have done yoga for many years with many teachers. Cat is one of the best and this platform is the best I have done and I have done a few.

I can’t rave enough about Cat and the soul sanctuary. Yoganuary is the best way to start the year and all the flows are amazing. It has everything you need to truly nurture your body and soul.

I’m so glad that I downloaded The Soul Sanctuary App. I’ve always enjoyed yoga but this has opened up a whole level of practices that I didn’t even know existed. I love the variety of classes and teachers. Cat is a fantastic teacher and her nurturing ways really make you feel connected to a community. The best yoga app out there!

There’s so many videos to choose from and I love the option to select at random if I don’t know what I’m in the mood for. I couldn’t be without it now!! 🤩
