App hasn’t been working for the last two weeks is this an known issue is the app not working??

I downloaded this app but I am having white screen only. It says no Wi-Fi connect even though I have my home Wi-Fi connected.

Placed an order for 5 shirts. 1 was the wrong color. 2 were completely different styles. Tried reaching out to them for a fix and got no response. Additionally, it took a little over 3 weeks for the order to arrive.

The clothes is cute but delivery is what got me. I paid for fast delivery and nothing. Their tracking system doesn’t work. I am a so disappointed.

I ordered from here and got an email saying the order has been delivered when I haven’t received anything. I don’t know what happened? I emailed them but they have yet to respond. I would give it a five star if I had received the clothes in good condition but I have yet to receive the clothes at all. I am very upset I spent lots of money on here and hope that I will receive my package soon.

i love the soulmia app and the store itself. i have ordered clothes off this store multiple times and i’m always satisfied with my purchase. the prices are so cheap compared to other places where you would see the same items.

I was trying to use a visa gift card to pay, because I wanted to get it used, and it would let me use it.
