As a long -term spiritual student and seeker, I really love this app. I know we all have apps sitting on our phone we never use but I think once someone experiences this, they will be using this one regularly and happily to aid in life, living, spirituality and all the other aspects of life they both love and want to get better. We’ve been programmed/taught that manifesting and spirituality take a lot of time and energy. That is untrue if you have the right tools. This app is one of those tools. Currently (though I hear there are many additions on the way) it is a 5 minute meditation to connect with Source energy. Though that may seem short, it effectively uses the power of sound, words, intentions, vibration and “unknowns” to activate the Source energy within in a short time frame. Done first thing in the morning, it brings the user into a state of peace, expansiveness and energized creation to use for the rest of the day. It works for people who are new to energy as well as energy veterans. I really enjoy it because of the good energy I feel from it. It works as designed even if you can’t feel energy. Shhhhh… don’t tell the developers but another thing I love about it is that it has other uses beyond its initial purpose and design. I love to write the goals and intentions in my journal and then listen to it. I have found that if I hold these goal and intention energies in heart and mind the meditation gives me and them extra energy. I’ve also been playing with it with sleep. Honestly, I’ve had mixed results playing it at night before sleep (probably because I’m overthinking too much) but it works pretty well with the sound off if I need to take a quick quiet/nap break during the day. So I don’t hear the words but I still get the comforting peacefulness energy from it. That is wonderful. I recommend it. Got a stubborn problem that you just can’t seem to get past? Maybe this is your answer.
I was really bummed when I heard the audio to this, because I love the concept and just wish it didn’t sound like a Disney princess. I even like what she says but the voice feels very cheesy. I find it harder to drop into a subconscious state when I’m distracted by the voice. Feels forced to the point that it’s almost sarcastic.
