I no matter how much you you try you can not sign in

Worst app

It crashes booking can not be retrieved. Payments always says card details incorrect. It needs lots of Improvement

App doesn't work

The app doesn't work at all for a long time now, useless airline, if I could give a zero star I would have

Useless

If I could give a minus rating I would. The app does not load and has poor features when it does. I would be ashamed to admit that I had anything to do with this airline or the app developer

Useless app

The most useless app on my phone. The minute I try to load a booking onto my profile the entire app crashes. If you can’t load you booking you can use the app to check in online etc…. Complete waste of space!

Sign In / Sign Up

Could not even get into the app. Never mind using it. Tried sign up through Google account = error. Tried sign up through normal email = Save Failed. Gave up

Navigation on App and response

Most unusable application . Navigation i.e to do online check in does not work and travellers have to exit and restart online check in process multiple times to complete. On completion, link that is supposed to display or email boarding pass does not work

Shocking

Never seen such a badly written App have to load flight then load again to checking in no point to the App terrible, but have to use it. Will not open boarding pass.

Don't waste your time

The only consistent feature of this app is the regular unexpected shutdowns. This is a terrible app. None of the features work. Rather use the website.

Cannot access Voyager

Want to access Voyager to check miles but app asks you to sign in. When you sign in it still doesn’t take you to Voyager. Doesn’t recognize that you’ve signed in
