I love the new app! The colors, layout and functionality are really good. I was apprehensive, but was impressed!! Everything that I was concerned about were not an issue. Well done!!

Won’t remember Face ID ever. If the settings or privacy changes then you are kicked out. This is one of the clunkiest apps I have ever used. Money transfer doesn’t make sense. The list goes on
This is one of the most complicated, NOT user friendly apps ever created. You cannot simply make a payment, but instead must add an external account which is a nightmare due to the security features. Then, after all that, you have to create a transfer which will only schedule the next day. There is no “pay now” option. After all that, it still wouldn’t make my payment. Don’t bother expecting anything from this app.
For years I have gone in done mobile deposit and moved the funds from one account to another. Not now!! I’m deleting this from my phone

Your mobile banking and this app are terrible. If not fixed soon will have to bank elsewhere :(
I just recently tried to login to my account not knowing the app updated within the past months. After reviewing the most recent reviews applied by others on this app they were experiencing the same problem I was in not being able to access or login to the app itself due to the April/May 23 updates of version 25.3.1 and/or 25.3.2! ***PLEASE BE ADVISED that within these most recent updates ‘Cellular Data’ has been turned off and due to this it WILL NOT allow you to login or access your account through the app. You will need to go into your settings, scroll down & open the app, and then turn on Cellular Data. Following these steps you should be able to login successfully. Something I, a SSFCU app user myself, just figured out recently(6/22/23) as I even asked my local branch bank in person about this and they couldn’t even give me any real, solid recommendations on the app which would provide me access to my account once again. This is of course all due to the latest app updates but a few minor adjustments and you should be able to access your account in no time. Anyways, hope this helps someone in the future!!!
Can’t log in to my account. App is complete trash. It’s 2023 and SSFCU still struggles to put together a functioning banking app
I can’t even log into my account no matter how many times I try since the new updated version. Horrible needs fixing asap
Terrible app. Not user friendly especially on a mobile device. I manage 7 different bank accounts and the app is overwhelming and inconvenient. The app is also requiring multiple security features even after logged in which delays my swiftness for transactions in a timely manner. Why switch to this product when previous app was user friendly, simple, concise design and easy to maneuver? Poor decision on the IT department.
