Unfortunately, recent updates have made lots of problems.in the past I had no problem. I’m using the last update v. 4.0, I set the background to black, also with passcode access ( fingerprint) and auto start, but when I run the SPV app in explained conditions, after unlocking the screen, setup icon does not respond at all and there is no way to get access to the setup menu! Finally,I had to reinstall the app and I lost my saved files! Cheers
No explanation on how to use the app. I managed to get it recording once. After minimising the app I had no idea how to stop the recording. I went back into the app but it was a blank black screen. I couldn’t stop the recording so I had to kill the app which did the trick. But I have no idea. To retrieve or listen to the recording. I have now gone into the app several times but all I see is a black blank screen. Not sure if that’s supposed to happen but there is no instruction on how to get the app to do anything. So clearly the app doesn’t do what the App Store says it does Installed on an iPhone 11 Pro Max with latest iOS.
It crashes continually ! Rubbish ! And doesn’t record for long and cuts out. Even with the so called updates it still crashes. Not enough work has gone into the testing of the app. It should not be on the market and I want my money back !
Please help. My app is not allowing me to audio that was previously recorded. I have restarted the phone and tried for months. I really need the audio that was recorded but when I press the button it does not open anything. Please update this glitch 🙏
App doesn’t allow access to recordings
Please. Where can I find support for this app?? I’ve forgotten my code. It’s not in my key chain anymore. I can find no way to get help.
This app saved my life in a few different ways, the ease of using it and the quality of the recordings are amazing.
The app had been great and I had several important files saved. Now, I can use app but can’t access any of my files. So distressed and I can’t get help!
How far away can your Apple Watch be in order to control the phone?
Larger files don’t save correctly and cannot be played back. Very disappointed.
