I was super excited to try this app out but whenever I select mission, the “select vehicle” section is just a black screen! Please fix this I don’t know how others were able to do it. The app looks cute and I’m heartbroken that it’s currently unusable😢 Also whenever I type in the code, it gets stuck on connecting Im begging you, please fix this! Tip: restart the app and it should load The camera is sometimes a bit blurry though
Take a look at the InSight lander. The arm is looking weird… The arm is upside down. Can you please fix this very unexpected model glitch? Otherwise the AR app is a good way to pretend to place a 10 ton item on your siblings. From a very good fan
This is the best game ever just one thing can you please add new horizons in the game please?
Absolutely great me and my bro follow the rover all over the house but I wish the rockets would actually launch. Otherwise it’s a great game!
You do need a newer phone but it works smoothly and allows you to even take pictures of whatever satellite or rover you have chosen.
Your device has to support Google’s AR Core or Apple’s AR Kit. Otherwise it won’t work. If you have a newer device, this app is awesome. It’s really cool to put the rover in your living room or launch a rocket.
It turns out my mini 4 is not supported because it doesn’t have ARkit, but the app neglects to check for that. It’s only when I ran another AR app that I git a pop up telling me that!
I had the same experience as Clancy W, only on an iPad Air 2 running OS 12.4. I was never prompted for camera access and it’s not an option in settings. I also tried reinstalling the app. Also, there’s no spacecraft to choose from under the Earth section. NASA’s Spacecraft 3D is a great alternative. It works on every device I’ve ever tried it on (and I tried a lot since I work in a planetarium) and offers many of the same models.
The app says move the phone around in circles until it detects a horizontal surface. No amount of moving the phone in circles fulfills the detection process. The help button gives information about the spacecraft but no information about the detection process.
