SpaceXNow - A SpaceX fan app

Until a few days ago, this was a very nice, handy app. Now, suddenly nothing shows up. It's unclear what has gone wrong, although as the iOS client has not changed recently, it would suggest there is a problem with the server(s) or network resources.

Great new update, the whole overhaul of the UI and responsiveness is excellent. Great job!

It may have taken them 6 years for a fresh update but they’ve completely nailed it. They incorporated most of the features the community has requested the the old version lacked. These developers are real spaceflight nerds! Awesome to see. I have a feeling it won’t be another 6 years for more updates.

I am genuinely wondering how is this free, not to wish that it becomes behind a paywall but this is absurd. The level of effort, detail and dedication into running this app is an exemplar. I have been using it for ~5 years, the amount of times it has saved me from missing out a SpaceXYZ launch is out of the roof. Until that mars population stat starts counting, keep it up and god speed!

I laaunch this app more than Instagram. I love seeing when the next launch is going to be and when SpaceX puts the Starship launches on the board. The launch / land statistics page is amazing. Looking over how successful SpaceX has been is mind blowing considering no other company/government is doing anything even close to their success rates. Thr update is fantastic, my only critique would be on the past mission details page stack the booster stats instead of putting them in a row. It’ll make viewing on mobile platform cleaner. Otherwise great job!!

I live near the Kennedy Space Center, and have been using this app to track SpaceX launches for years. This was one of the most detailed and reliable sources of date-time-details that anyone produced. Now (10 May, 2024) it has been significantly upgraded with incredibly detailed information on each booster and ship that SpaceX has flown. I’m really impressed with the amount of work that was put into this! SpaceX is a wildly dynamic company compared to every other launch provider in history. They modify everything at a moment’s notice, and it’s really difficult to know when and where to watch their launches and landings, because they don’t do public relations very well. I use this app, as well as Florida Today, and SpaceflightNow to plan for, and watch almost every mission. I recommend it to everyone! My sincere thanks to the developers and whoever maintains this beautiful app 24 hours a day!

Love this app, but when I step outside at night to see the launch, the white background is blinding. A dark mode would be much appreciated! Edit: dark mode has been added, awesome!

We live in Tampa and we can enjoy the launches from our home on the Bay on a clear night. Outstanding job and we do appreciate everyone that works on SpaceX Would love to have a chance to be there in person in the control center or orbit the earth one day Thank you for giving us the WOW in our day.

This work of love is my go to app for tracking SpaceX missions, locations and local time of launch. I’m grateful the author continues to support this. If he happens to read this I just want to say thanks.

As I’m growing up because I’m nine, I have been wanting to be an astronaut or at least someone who works at SpaceX or NASA. I love having sleepovers with my cousins then seeing Starlink afterwards. Thank you for making the app and hearing my opinion.
