I activated esim and it was a very easy process. the apps guided thru each steps until the activation. i had slight issue along the wat and requested assistance from Live Chat - all was good! Recommended!

The best!
I got the sim back in 2020! It was an esim. Easy transaction, clear instructions and easy to install. I chose to be independent meaning I’m not on any contract so I can increase and decrease my usage depending on where I am. I’ve used the service across Turkey, German, Belgium, Holland, France, UK, Ireland and some parts in eastern European countries! And it has been great! I don’t have to stop or look for local shops to buy SIMs. It was a very smooth communication for my entire family. The internet is fast and reliable when we are at oversea. Thanks to Celcom! Always reliable!
