Spark Camera & Video Editor

I’ve downloaded this once before and the reason I uninstalled it is because I can’t get free music from it. I spent the whole day using and editing just to find out I can’t use any of the music. Make us pay for everything else but not music cause it’s kind of supposed to be in the basic package. I look forward to redownloading this in the near future.

I’ve been a user of this app since 2019 and I even purchased it back then. I’m ao loyal to this app! I had the full access to all features which include filters, slowmos and importing of music. When I updated my app this 2021, all those access were removed and even asking me to upgrade to “Spark Pro.” The “Already Member” button can’t be clicked as well so I had no way to access the features that I used to have. I emailed customer service but no reply up to date.

The app adding music to video does not work and they wont reply to u to fix it and apple wont refund

Customer support is awesome! I bought this app before it had subscription fees and somehow couldnt figure out why I lost pro mode. Emailed them and they helped me out within the 1st reply. They are awesome! Also, the best vertical video camera and editor for your stories!

I emailed you three times already? Why are you not addressing my issue? Like everybody else we already paid for this app onetime why are you tryng to charge us monthly now???? DO NOT BUY THIS APP!

i love the app.easy to use for vlog. pls allow iOs 12 so that it will not crash.

still haven't gotten any fix on my problem. sent emails to your support email ad and even sent a mention via twitter. cmon guys! love your app but asking me to pay subscription again even after paying the one time purchase before is not helpful. i have an upcoming trip and this is becoming quite a bummer!

I already purchased this app before and i cant access to unlimited, and now im being asked to pay it for monthly. I remember before its one time payment.

This app is very nice. I’ve been using it for my travel video and its so easy to use. Quick edits and it renders very clear unlike any other app. Highly recommended video editor. You’ll get what you pay for. I even used it everyday in my IG stories. Looking forward for the app: Can add some text in the video. Updated review as of July 2019 I bought a new phone and wanted to restore my purchase of spark camera. I emailed the support team and they provided me a “one-time link” redirecting to spark unlimited. Just make sure guys that you updated the spark camera app to proceed. The support team was really helpful to my concern when the link didn’t work at first and they provided me the second link and finally it worked in my new device. Thank you support team 👍
