I haven’t been being able to do an online top-up. No matter how many times I tried. Then now I have to go to the store or supermarkets to buy a voucher for the GOD SAKE! If I tried on browser, it comes same. But my card is working completely fine on other online purchases. So there must be something wrong with Spark.

All users want is an App to view their remaining data and usage, not your worthless ‘news’ and upcoming events. I understand you are trying to make money from selling our data and flooding us with advertisements that we don’t want, but how about you acknowledge we already pay for this service? Revert back to the old App, lay off staff that give stupid ideas such as these ‘updates to enhance our experience’, return to showing the data and nothing else.

Overcharged every month on my pathetic wireless broadband plan. Promised it was fixed last month only to be cut off again. No competition in the countrysides! Hopeless lack of service.

These guys are the most useless pack of c;:)$ ever. 14 hrs on the ph. countless trips to my mothers house all with the same result. Pass the buck and do nothing. Never mind my 80 year old mother who is in very bad health and needed a ph and wifi in case of emergency for over two weeks and still nothing done. Don’t waste your time. Will never use or recommend for anything full stop. Company should be dissolved

This app won’t open

Terrible app. Never loads when you need it too, perk of spark is pre sale tickets - app doesnt load for the pre sale. Cheers guys real good stuff

You guys are seriously increasing an already overpriced endless data plan of $45 to $50 a month?? 🤡🤡🤡 what an absolute joke. Greedy pricks 🤡

Awful app, can’t change or remove payment details. All transactions fail or cause the app to crash. I am switching providers. Screw Spark.

Every time I try to add a new card and I do a captcha it says captcha verification failed. I am not a robot. When I report the bug there is also a bug with the ‘see how to report issues with detailed logs’ link. The link doesn’t work.
