My account was charged $149 for Yearly subscription which I didn’t intend on subscribing to, I had canceled the free trial and account was still charged for yearly subscription? I don’t u feet and this, please refund 😭😭

What happened to the one time purchase option
I bought this app a few years ago because I used to always like making Barney error style videos and use this one quite a lot for the voices of my characters. Just recently I had gotten a new phone and I was going into re-download it today as the meme that I used to always create sort of resurrected in my friend group but rather than the one time purchase option that I had bought a while ago the app now wants me to buy a $39 subscription. I’m not paying that much for an app that I’ll probably only use like 15% of the time

Won’t work anymore…
I used this app all the time! I loved it, and subscribed to the yearly subscription. But one day, it just stopped working. It won’t speak for more than 30 seconds without stopping every time for any option. Really disappointed. It’s been a couple months. I gave it time to hopefully fix what was wrong. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, wiping it, everything. Really bummed.

Not for Reading What is Written
Idk why but I scanned photos of a book and it was summarizing it, not reading exactly what was on the page?? I didn’t have anything enabled nor was I able to switch the summarizing off. I have a really hard time reading as I have way too much ping ponging in my mind to pay attention to a book I’m reading only so I need the help. This did not read word for word.
