Yall please fix the bugs with this app. Constantly kicking me out. Loads slower than 1990’s dial up internet. And says error repeatedly.

Each time I try to sign In I always get an error oops something went wrong. If I try to reset my pw, same thing. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and made sure I was using the most up to date version.

I have not been able to add any card to app!

After downloading the App would not load any of my spec key card points after updating all info. I tried sending email and no response. Does anyone know a better way to get all of your points loaded onto the app?

I think the new update forgot to add the add to cart option.

I love Specs, I don’t like the app. Many times I attempt to open the app and it just doesn’t. Other things I dislike: 1. The sound when you open the app. Why? Such a waste. When I’m listening to music the stupid sound takes over my speaker and it is just annoying. No other app I use does this. 2. Location switching. This is so clunky. Why not have it like other big retailers (Lowe’s, Home Depot) if it isn’t available have a button where you can select nearby stores. Instead I have to go to the home page, switch the store, search for what I’m looking for. If I can’t find at the updated store, then I have to repeat the above steps for every store close to me.

They finally figured out the web site! And Did an Excellent job ! Site is easy , fast , accurate !

Love Specs! The app is just not there yet. Inventory is always off, the search feature is really bad. Even when you type the entire word in correctly.
