Threatening Tenant to Pay First Advance Rent (Extended Tenancy) not accordance to Tenancy Agreement
I am currently renting a unit via SPEEDHOME since 2023 and my current tenancy will be expired on 03.06.2024. During my previous tenancy period, I should pay rent before 2nd day of every month.
Further, I have also signed an extended tenancy starting from 03.06.2024 until 03.10.2024.
Pursuant to the Extended Agreement, I shall pay the first extended rent before the commencement date, I.e 03.06.2024. However, today, SPEEDHOME seems very impatient and rudely requesting me to pay the first extended rent on 30.05.2024 and further enclosed a notice to me that SPEEDHOME would relist the unit.
Well, this is quite funny that SPEEDHOME themselves prepared the agreement and SPEEDHOME seemed deliberately ignore the clause Tenancy Agreement. They tried to deviate what is agreed upon in the Tenancy Agreement.
Despite a payment of RM214.92 was paid being the possessing fee. Am I suppose to guide SPEEDHOME what is stated in the Tenancy Agreement? if not, then I paid the possessing fee for what?
Ridiculous and unprofessional. Will not use this platform again.

Suck! Whenever I booked an appointment, they keep canceling me due to their agent MC understandable for at first, but when i did the second appointment they cancelled me again due EL. Then I booked another date, AGAIN they canceled me because their agent MC again! Like bfr! Never use speedhome again.

Didn’t even notify me when the house is not available to rent after I chat. I even have filled in form with my private information including my IC and bank statements not knowing it’s not available anymore. Is this app even legit? Don’t think I even talked to a real person only robots smh
Bad communication & disorganised team
I am extremely disappointed with SpeedHome now. I have been using SpeedHome for years now but recently I am so disappointed. First, tenant to whom they claimed background check gone MIA. I called the employer of the tenant and they told me he has already tendered long ago so this is not the correct information by SpeedHome if they have done the background check properly. Secondly, it took them approximately one month to manage the eviction and then I need to keep following up as the customer service is not connected to the claim team and claim team didn’t update the customer service and then operation team who is managing the flow is not updating both or following up on the task. I have so many potential tenants keep waiting to view and thanks to SpeedHome slowness, and disorganised team, who also keep repeating and asked me same question again and again via automatic email (without the courtesy from the operation or claim team) to contact and update the flow. I am not sure who is the current manager, basically he or she is not leading the team well. Compared to the past, my claim and process can be done much faster and organised! I am losing so much of money and potential tenant till today and they are not responding fast too. Pretending to have a ticketing system but what’s the point when the team isn’t even following up the case well??!!

Speedhome only protect owner’s right not tenant! Im paying damn expensive rent for what?? Lift not functioning i had to carry stroller with 2 kids almost everyday and i cant even terminate my tenancy and they said what its management problem bloody helllll once i finish my tenancy im not gonna use their service! And i will tell other people never use their service too super bad!

Every time I find home they told me only local only local .. so if I’m foreigner and living and working in Malaysia where do I stay ??? If everyone is racism and don’t want me to rent there home ,,,,!
