Trying to register 2 kids for home vaccinations. Keyed in the 2nd child info and the whole app became very buggy.

I’m requested to update my customer profile (before I can book video consult), but I kept receiving “ID verification already saved” when I tried to update and I can’t move to the next step.

Unfriendly doctor bench, terrible customer service, never call back to follow up on medicine pick up, just put you on hold hold hold.

I used spores doc first time to top up my contraceptive pill. I asked for 6 month supply, which everyone of my previous GP has prescribed. When I proposed six months of supply, the doctor simply replied: I’m no a GP, I’m only comfortable giving a max of 3 month, no reason. I was very shocked by how aloof this person is as a doctor and there’s no easy feedback button anywhere in the app. Very disappointing experience.

It’s good and convenient as I only need that medication to stabilise my blood pressure immediately.

So far so good - consult in 3 mins from asking for one, doc anywhere was 30 mins. Timely follow up to confirm address, teleconsult plus subscriptions including antibiotics was really good value and delivery aiming for within 4 hours. Really awesome

service great, way over specify meds. Simple sleep it off flu consultation comes with -130 dollars of meds. Gary
