Downloaded the app to keep up with my daughters watch plan and after it downloaded all it did was have the words of the brand and retry up in the top corner other than that it did nothing. The website wouldn’t even work anymore on my phone to refill the plan so I had to do it from my laptop, luckily I got a new charger for that for Christmas or setting up her newer watch would have took even longer.

I am disappointed in this service because I paid the first month of service with the most expensive plan, 26 dollars per month and supposedly I have calls to some countries but this company is stealing my money every day and I am not using the service. be careful, they know how to steal very well

Nice and easy to use

I added this app for my daughter’s phone/watch I got her so she would have a way to call me when she went out to play with friends. I’ve had my card information stolen soon after I added it to this app, I’ve gone through 4 cards now. It’s not worth the headache of having to call the bank to tell them of fraud charges constantly after every new card.

As a phone collector, I like to activate phones to test them and compare to other models and for a phone that isn’t my primary I don’t want to spend a lot so Speedtalk is perfect. My only complaint is that you can’t have multiple devices on one account but besides that Speedtalk works well

Setted up my sim for my iPhone there was no MCC or MNN Had issues with customer service saying it will take 2 hours then called them again saying it could take 3 days for data

I want this app off my phone and I’m unable to uninstall!

Apple needs to remove this app and I will contact them with over 50 screenshots and 20 emails regarding speedtalkmobile ****do not use them

After a few days of using their service, I wasn’t able to call or text anyone. After a month, I was recharged for the inadequate service. I then called customer service to cancel my account and received an email confirming my account had been cancelled. Since then I have been charged 3 times for a service that should’ve been cancelled. I recently called again to try and cancel my account and get a refund. If this doesn’t work, I’m considering closing my bank account and opening a different one. All of the good reviews are only because they offer perks for writing them a 5 star review.
