Speedway: Rewards & Shopping

This app is having problems letting people log in. Reports an error when you attempt to log in. When you call customer support the recording keeps repeating hold for the next available customer service team member. I was on hold for 45 minutes.

This is a bit of a spur of the moment kind of thing, but this app has come through for me many times, so I figured it’s time to say thank you with a nice review! Thank you for making something that many people are able to benefit from while at Speedway. Speedway is usually my “go-to” choice for fuel, mainly because of the points that I can rack up with purchases. It really does make sense to get a Speedway card and pair it with the app. I like being able to see how many drinks I have to go before I’m eligible for a free one. The app is totally worth having. And the bonus about it is that it’s FREE!

I love my Speedway app. It’s quick and easy and handy and it keeps me updated on all my points and rewards before they expire not have to check my email. All the time is great.!!!!

Best app

Ive never been able to use a Black n mild discount! Everytime I pull up the digital coupon for the cashier to scan, the scanner fails to read the barcode & it’s never been able to be scanned! The cashier doesn’t know why the barcode can’t be read by the scanner! Please fix!

I try every couple months to register and sign up on the app and there’s always an error in the code Making it impossible

It is not fair my husband spends a ton of money at your stores for diesel but gets no discount evidently your discount is only on gas!! This should be changed !!

I have a Speedy Rewards account, and I have had it for about 10 years. I never had an issue with the in-store kiosks, but this app and the Speedy Rewards website are both useless. My phone number works when I type it in at the store/gas pumps, and I earn points when making purchases, but the app and website are not allowing me to log-in, or even create a new account. I have been trying to access Speedy Rewards through the iOS app OR on the website, but when I type in my phone number I’m just getting an error message saying it can’t send me a verification code. And since the in-store kiosks were removed I can no longer access my Speedy Rewards account through those to redeem my points either. Since the app is supposed to be the “best” way to access Speedy Rewards, I would expect it to function properly and easily. Right now it doesn’t function at all for me. I have used the “Contact Us” page on the Speedy Rewards App, AND even on the website too, to tell them about the issue I’m having, but I still haven’t gotten a response. ~~~ ALSO - One thing I AM able to see on the Speedy Rewards App without logging in, is the gas prices at the nearby gas stations. However: - First off: it only shows the prices at the 1 closest gas station, not any other ones in the area - Second: the prices are inaccurate/wrong and there is no way to update or correct them (like how the app GasBuddy allows people report gas prices in real time) ~~~ Summary: If I can’t even log in and access my rewards, plus the information that doesn’t require logging in is wrong/inaccurate, then the app is completely useless/unusable.
