App is easy to use and efficient in getting my reimbursement

I don’t like that I can’t change my username, I don’t like that it logs me out and repeatedly forces me to change my password. I don’t like that you get cryptic emails stating receipts are required. Could be much improved - not a fan.

It’s convenient but clunky, especially around entering expenses could use a refresh

Log in is hit and miss, the Face ID log in never works. Once you’re in it’s easy enough to check balance.

This app is easy to use, making it quick and easy for me to login and accomplish the task I need accomplished.

Unable to update info within the app. Constantly does not recognize password. Unable to update reimbursement method. Doesn’t save in apple passwords under app name or web address.

So great and easy to navigate. Can transfer funds quickly and easily to my account for reimbursement purposes and the money transfers quickly. Love the investment portion of my account and that I set the limits. Can easily see all disbursements and deposits and the biometrics for app opening works great.

They constantly make you change your password. Would be more secure using 2 factor authentication. App works fine. Just submitted a claim pretty easily.

The app is hard to use it won’t accept my bank account so i have to pay for things up front then settle for a check very inconvenient

The application is very simple and easy to navigate with user functionality available on the right portions of the screen some people complain. It does have minimal applications. The website applications is a better version. The app is quick and easy to use in a pinch upload receipts file claims. I have not any issues utilize any app, downloading it
