The Spiral Health program includes:
• Body Analysis: The Spiral 3D Body Scanning App uses the individual’s smart phone to capture precise body measurements, postural conditions and neurological motion analytics.
• Exercise Plan: Spiral’s AI system creates a corrective exercise plan tailored for the individual.
• Virtual Live Coaching: This is an additional support from a Spiral Physical Therapy Practitioner.
