Retired Marine here. Force Recon, and a plank holder for Marsoc Schoolhouse. I’m so old that my nieces and nephews can join. So when they approached me, I went looking for things to assist them. Kids today use apps so that was my first stop. SO glad I stumbled across yours. Nephew has a recon contract and has aspirations of becoming a Raider also. So here we are. No prep workout other than words. No description. Just “Knot work.” Great for raider history. Doesn't fulfill its purpose. Waste of time.
I’m not a marine yet but I want to join when I’m 17 and hopefully become a marine raider and recon this has help me a lot
