I have been looking for an App like this for a long time. I just gave up finding what I really wanted. This covers everything that a person needs in one location for their physical and mental and spiritual well-being. Particularly like the conducting and drumming videos as I am a former band Director.
I’m so impressed with this app and the Spiro100 platform. I’ve been an Active Aging Specialist for many years and LOVE that it caters to the “young at heart” demographic with brain exercises, balance work, and fun classes like conductorcise! It’s really awesome!!
Why isn't there any mention of a cost when looking at the app?? I purposely chose this app because of the fact it showed no mention of a charge!! You really should be upfront about it!!!
I really enjoyed the variety of workouts available in this app. Specifically I love the ability to select the type of workouts based on intensity and format. I particularly enjoyed the Safe and Active at Home series!!!
I’m so impressed by the Spiro100 series! The programming is targeted and tailored with something for everybody. Whether you’re looking for variations of yoga, cardio, chair exercise or resistance training - the instructors are great at providing variations to make the videos accessible to all levels of mobility and range of motion. Highly recommend for anyone who may be deconditioned, looking to prevent fall or injury, and looking to improve their general fitness and wellness.
