Landscape! This is ostensibly an iPad app but I’m seeing only portrait mode. That’s not really what most iPad users expect.

Splashii lets you quickly and easily give photos a dramatic look by converting them to black and white, while keeping your chosen details in color. This effect draws the viewers' attention to the colored areas, creating striking images.

Ok but messy
Does an ok job with its color/BW function for fun, but not for high quality jobs, like prints... when “painting” the original color back to your areas of interest Major issue—it leaves terrible streaks and swipe outlines as you go (not sure why). Minor issue—would be nice if it had greater zoom capability for finer details.
