Can’t login

My email and password I use on my computers is not working here in the app and it’s a bummer.

Best money I ever spent

Without Splashtop being a business owner, I would never be able to leave the office. Splashtop allows me the mobility. I thought I could never have.

Kicked out and won’t renew

I depend on this service for business. The subscription stopped without warning and will not let me renew, bringing business to a halt. I need reliability for remote work. Being unable to renew is unacceptable.

Good app, but it keeps just giving me trouble sometimes

It’s a good app, I could be happier but not, sometimes the app works great with no problem and some other times it just keep crashing kinda often, and when I open it again and try to start again my session, it just tells me I have a session opened already, when it’s clearly not because my app crashed, sometimes it crashes and I have not trouble to start the session again, unfortunately the worst part is I paid $60 dollars for the year and I have not had the best experience using it

Logging into work

This app is totally worth the money. I am able to log into work or home or both from my iPad if needed.. it is the best.

Great But No Retina Support

It works pretty good in a pinch but if you need retina support you won’t get it. I’m sure going retina hogs up bandwidth and this is why it doesn’t even give you that option. However, if you’re using the Business version, you should at least get the option… if it detected speeds of at least 500 mbs before offering it to the user.

I have tried other software This time, I told my IT guy to find me something more simple and minimum lagging time Solution found….

Great way to access my work computer from home and my home computer from my phone or tablet. Good performance and easy to use.
