WeStretch is the app for improving your body's flexibility, mobility, and wellness, as well as relieving back, neck, shoulder, and other muscular discomfort. You may easily attain all of these goals by stretching daily. WeStretch also helps improve posture, muscle range of motion, and reduce muscle stress and stiffness.
WeStretch features over 5500 stretches and a virtual instructor to assist you in doing a stretching workout at home without going to the gym. From splits to pain management, there are stretches for everyone. Our instructor, Ada, will help you move all of your muscles and joints safely by describing the poses.
You can easily perform your daily stretching routine by following Ada's instructions and improving your body's flexibility, mobility, and wellness. You can perform your daily stretching routine at any time and from any location. WeStretch creates personalized daily stretching routines based on physiotherapist-approved stretches to make stretching simple for you.
WeStretch also has Apple Health integration, with this you can track the time you spent stretching and the amount of calories burned. All this can be merged automatically to the Apple Heath App whenever you stretch.
You can also create customizable stretching routines, set the duration of your daily routine, and increase or decrease the speed of your virtual instructor. You can participate in stretching challenges with your friends and family, as well as enjoy stretching exercises with them. WeStretch is intended to motivate you to stretch on a daily basis while also keeping each routine interesting.

The application is just what I was looking for. Refreshing change from the same YouTube videos, this app costs less than one session with a physiotherapist or personal trainer. All you need to do is show up! What really sold me apart from the above was the prompt response.

I love this app and its flexibility for choosing the type of stretch session you want depending on your needs. My only complaint is that the audio glitches from time to time with no audio instructions given to end pose and move to next or no audio description of pose given. Also as an Alberta based designer I was very disappointed with the Alberta scenes mode inability to pronounce the place names of most of the locales that was my main reason for the 4 star rating

This App Changed My Life

After 108 days of consecutively using this app, I can confidently say that it has changed my life. I have been sedentary for well over a decade and have a physical challenge (cerebral palsy), on top of that. I have tried a number of things to try to get motivated and get into shape, and haven’t been able to stick with any of them. In addition, other fitness apps I have tried have left me sad and frustrated. For the most part, the apps are developed for people who are already hitting the gym on a regular basis. They are definitely not developed for those who are out of shape and needing to get started and build the momentum they need to keep going. In addition, those apps do not make provision for those who have physical limitations. WeStretch addresses all of that and is fun and motivating to boot. Not only have I been able to stick with it and see significant benefits in terms of increased range of motion and decreased or eliminated pain, there has been an added, unexpected benefit. I suffer from depression and anxiety and I’ve been on medication for both for a few years now. Within two weeks of starting to use the app, my wife and family noted a marked improvement in both my depression and anxiety. As time went on, I have found that my periods of downward spiral or shorter, less frequent and easier to break out of. I literally cannot say enough about this app. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I sincerely hope that everyone will give it a try. If it helps you even half as much as it has helped me, it’s more than worth it. Stretch long and prosper. 🖖

Identities which joint needs a stretch

I never tried just stretching. The apps tells me which body joint need a workout for the day. I am hooked as I don’t want to miss paying attention to some areas that need a stretching. I am beginning, so gathering patience to outsource stretching to Ada, the virtual instructor.
