Excellent for my training
I’ve been using Spoked now for 3 months and find it excellent as it as it caters well for my training as a 70 year old. It adjusts seamlessly when fatigue, both cycling and outside activities, encroaches on the body and mind. The team, lead by Richard, have been extremely helpful and pro-active with a couple of ‘problems’ I was having. Including a phone call with them to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have no problem in recommending Spoked. Capt P, the happy cyclist.
Unable to load the app
I have now downloaded and reloaded the app several times. The app just cycles through the Home Screen after registering my name and email. If I ever get to a point where I can upload my personal details and start using a training plan I will update this review but until then I will remain frustrated at the home page……….
Brilliant concept and execution
Having used spoked in the build up to specific events as well as more general training goals, it is a great way of having the accountability, structure and guidance of a cycling coach but without the price tag. Developed by real cyclists it manages to retain a personal feel and is constantly being improved with small updates etc (these don’t interfere with the basic functionality mind you). Can’t recommend enough 👍💪🚴🏽♂️
Perfect for the time crunched cyclist
Been using this app for 2 years now and it keeps on improving every month. So intuitive and it’s flexibility is perfect for riders who want to improve but cannot commit to a rigid plan every single week. Adapts the plan to suit your availability day by day. Love it!
Spoked- Made For Every Cyclist
I have been using Spoked for 3 years now, it has completely changed the way I view training and racing in such a positive way. It takes out all the stress and only leaves enjoyment in each session you do. Would highly recommend to all types of cyclists no matter your experience or fitness level!.

As an enthusiastic amateur I’ve never been looking to race, I just want to get fitter so that I can have more fun on my bike. Brilliant app
I’ve been using Spoked for 8 weeks now. Why do I like it? … It’s cheaper than a cycling coach It makes my training simple It analyses my data and makes changes without me having to worry. It’s personal to me and my goals. I can easily edit my daily schedule. It has the added bonus of a fabulous community and content on the Spoked Discord group.
