Bluetooth connect to the hat on phone under settings. But app would connect with the hat. No support or videos for trouble shooting. Waste of $35!

THIS 🤬 DOES NOT WORK AT ALL …

The search bar is so far at the top, it won’t go back when you press ‘back’ also, no keyboard pops up for you to search

App doesn’t even let you register. I fill out the whole form and the moment I tap “Register” the app literally closes. The middle section of the app where you browse at all the different animations doesn’t load up either. It just spams the message saying “URL Requested timed out”. Just a horrible experience with this app because literally nothing works except for connecting the Bluetooth function.

Have the things you pick don’t even show up can’t change the colors

I deleted and reinstalled 5 times and still haven’t gotten it to connect. It’s going back!

I only use the hat a couple of times. I actually got it to do the things I wanted but now I can’t get the hat to turn off. I presses the button attached to the hat but it still won’t turn off. Open to ideas. I like the product but just having this glitch.

Just picked up a t shirt and love it so far , down side is no firm ware update so notAble to make a playlist to consecutively play images in a row of different sets , have to manually change it each time .creating your own is fun with patience, definitely would like to do more if a update is possible

This app basically renders my devices obsolete as they will not connect

It’s there but it won’t connect. Get the spinning wheel. My badge is bricked. Sad.
