Trained him with a beep /vibrate shock collar. Procrastinated about spending the money Put the spot on and have never had to turn on vibrate or shock. The whistle is cool he comes back on it. Flashing light I can see him about 200 yard away In dark. Had to was it a few times he like to get in pond. I would definitely recommend it to friend and family.

Our collars were made obsolete by software updates and tech supports recommendation was to buy new ones.

Worth every penny hands down best GPS collar for acreage. This was a game changer for my pups. I have an African Boerboel and a pug, the collars keep my babies safe and feel comfortable letting them roam while I’m away. I love the new feature of commands for behavioral. This collar is great and life changing. Our pup would always leave our yard and now we can let him roam when we let him out. We have a lot of land so we set up multiple fences to change where he is allowed to go. Definitely worth the price.

I live away from any cellular service, so that eliminates other products. I wish I could use all the features, but the collar has, literally and figuratively, been a life saver. We have set up three fences on our forested 80 acres. The dog broke free once ,early on, chasing another dog. Continuing training, positive reinforcement, etc seems to have worked. Being able to work outside and not worry about the dog traveling( sneaking off) to the neighbors’ homes, farms, and compost pits is wonderful.

This collar has failed three times in one year. I’ve had to send it in for repairs twice in one year and I’m getting ready to send it in for the third time. Do not buy their collar. It’s garbage.

Wouldn’t want to have a dog without this SpotOn collar.Dog’s need to Rome and be a dog.This helps a good dog be a great dog. I have 10 acres and my dog can use all of it. Then when I go other places with her,I can make a fence most anywhere!!! She has no anxiety or anxiousness.15 months old Karilian bear dog!

This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my hard headed red heeler, Harley Tucker. I can allow him to roam the property or I can keep him close to home. Once they learn the tones and vibration of the collar, you can use it to suit your and your dog’s needs. Excellent customer service and support. So far it has worked flawless. Worth every penny it cost because without the SpotOn service I would have no other choice but to keep him in a kennel or I would have had to rehome the best dog I’ve ever owned. He took to the collar like ducks to water.

I have a husky mix who mostly stays close to home but has been known to wander on occasion. We have several acres of woods I wanted him to be able to play in but fencing would’ve been impossible. (Especially for an escape artist husky) SpotOn has given him the freedom to roam and better yet - I don’t ever have to wonder where he is. It was worth every single penny and at this point, I have no idea what we would do without it. Their customer service team has been great, too, helping me out when I was having issues with my card. I did briefly bring the collar to northern Vermont where there is almost 0 cell service and it didn’t function well. I have okay cell service at my house but the collar works perfectly here. So might need a trial run for remote areas. Thank you SpotOn!!
