SpotOn Teamwork Classic

I just hate that every time I need to look at my schedule I have to entirely log in. I wish it allowed a user to stay logged in so it’s easier to quickly view my schedule.

As the title states, the current UI is good, but the top bar is abysmal to use on newer iPhones.

Interface needs some serious updating. Being a daily use app you should really be able to save your login info

This Hass to be, hands-down, the word scheduling app I’ve ever worked with. It is so user unfriendly. No one at my job is happy with this app at all

Can’t find everything in the same time

The app does successfully achieve any of the functions one needs in a work schedule app. Still trying to get my sick hours logged. Interface could use some help

we should get an update and have a face ID login feature in ios and it has an fingerprint login feature for android user

I am forced to use this app due to the company I work for. But this app is so outdated. And there is no way I am able to use it on desktop due to that version being horribly designed. So frustrating. Update it please.

I really like the ability to see tip outs and actual punches, and push notices for break periods are amazing. However, it lacks the intuitive UX that When I Work offers. So much so that despite the additional features of SpotOn, I would go back to WIW in a heartbeat if my employer was using both. Navigating to messages and customizing alerts is so clunky, it looks like it was designed as web based software ported to phone. I’m not trying to be snarky, it’s genuinely clumsy to use and contains confusing language that might make sense to the programmers, but not to end users. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of calendar sync for iPhone, it’s 2023, I shouldn’t have to input my work schedule manually! For an app focused on the service industry this is a huge miss, my schedule is inconsistent week to week as is the case with most others in the industry as well.

I’m on iPhone 14 pro max and this app is constantly crashing when I try to open it, and it also sometimes tries to some stupid multitasking and it randomly opens a blank google chrome tab that I don’t even need when I’m just trying to load up and check my schedule. Hotschedules is far superior to this app. Y’all should take notes from them
