Waardeloze en verwarrende app..Volgens de app is de QR code geregistreerd, maar het huisdier toevoegen lukt niet en ik kom er ook niet mee verder..geeft continu Server Error

Het aanmaken van een account lukt gewoon niet!! Wat moet ik doen? E-mail lukt wel maar krijg het ww niet voor elkaar.
Kan geen profiel aanmaken
EUR 20 en werkt niet omdat profiel aanmaken in de app niet lukt (bug in app - geboortedatum en straatnaam staat in 1 veld en app blijft om geboorte datum vragen). Geen mogelijkheid om met klantenservice contact op te nemen. En nu?
Gegevens kunnen niet goed worden ingevuld
Opzich een leuke bedachte app maar ik kan mijn gegeven niet invullen omdat hij om mijn geboorte datum vraagt. Geboorte datum staat bij straat dus de app snapt het niet helemaal. Ik heb mijn dier ingeschreven maar als hij word gescand kunnen mensen dus niet mijn gegevens vinden. Heel jammer. Hopelijk word hier wat aan gedaan.
