I try many times to cancel my subscription but always cannot. Why my cancelation process cannot proceed?

They have charged my credit card for Euro 2024 Season Pass but did not recognize it in my app account still showing no pass purchased. Don't subscribe.

For a company that owned the broadcast license for Euro 2024, they are certainly doing a damn lousy job!! App UI is horrible, the channels lag and there are better content for FREE on youtube. I paid for the Euro Knockout Pass on 10/7 but nothing is reflected on my app. Logout and login still nothing and got billed on 12/7. They don’t seem to have customer service since no one is replying my email. Do not download. Waste of money.
