Sprout at Work

So I’ve been using this app for several and it was working fine. The last 2 notifications I’ve tried to open wouldn’t let me connect. Said my email is incorrect and insists on using my husband’s moda log in.

I thought having this app would be a great way to track health and wellness for my Health Engagement Model, so after completing my assessment, I got the app and signed up for an account. After months of reporting healthy activities such as stair climbing, walking, stretching, drinking water, etc. I received an email stating that the app would be unavailable for 3 days. Now after the maintenance period has passed, when I try to log in to my account, I get a message that there is no account associated with my email which is my login username. Support does not seem able to help me since I have provided the information requested by support and have had no response for days. If you need this to get your HEM incentive, find another way. Reading other reviews, it is not a matter of when the app won’t let you log in, but when.

My rewards earned just sit there by the grocery cart but when I want to redeem them it doesn’t give me the options. Seems unfair and frustrating.

It was frustrating to not be able to connect to the app even though I allowed it to sync.

The app is great but surprisingly there are workouts not listed so you have to improvise.

I'm required to have this app for company health insurance. I have a coros watch that syncs with ihealth, but this darn app just refuses too. Waste of time!

I primarily use the app on my phone to log all my wellness entries,I love the convenience of it .I will say I was VERY FRUSTRATED with the last up date as it took me ( with Sprout helpers ) about 3 or 4 weeks to reconnect me ☹️ as someone that logs mostly actual workouts every day it really costed me my badge for that recording period. So if I can say anything right now? I would say please keep your updates simple or if you decide to change a lot of stuff please run it and make sure it functions for all of us app users. Thank you

I *hate* this miserable app. You should have left it alone. Your updates have helped nothing. A waste of time.
