App tends to erase biologs on certain dates, resulting in missing days of work. And if those days are missing, and the HR and Finance is relying in your app for the computation of each employees salary, what do you guys think will happen?? 🙄🤔

Terribly unreliable

The app always asking me to turn on my location even if its already turned on. Sadly, This app is non helpful for login and logout i still need to go to the website to login

Encountered a lot of missing logs though we log in and out on time. Logins will not count during HOLIDAYS too. So unreliable.

The app does not ask for location service access and upon logging in to the app it prompted that it is not able to get my location and so I cannot punch in my time in. App should be updated immediately to support the latest iOS

App is always asking me to move closer to my assigned location?? i am at my house why gps is not working? And also I’m WFH. What if I go somewhere far from home because I dont have internet? Let’s say my parents house? I dont understand why you have this feature. Can you also add clockin/clockout direct button somewhere visible on your website because the UX is not so good there. You need to click a drop down then confirmation then another confirmation then… you need to refresh?? You can also disable the clockin too if someone already did clocking in. I sometime forgot to refresh the page so i kept on clicking the clockin. So I ended up 5 clockins!

So frustrated, always saying my location cant be found and turn on GPS when the loc is alreadu on in my phone. CLOCK IN AND OUT DONT appear at the bottom! I downloaded and thought sprout would make my working clocking in convenient but its the opposite. Please hello me in this regard! Thank youuuu

For some reason they are not shown in my app even though i can see in screenshots that they should be in the bottom part of the app. I always get “Your location cannot be found Please check GPS” error but in app settings there is no option to enable GPS.

Can you do away with the emojis? Annoying to have to tick them when logging in and out

The app is improving but the session timeout destroys it. We keep getting session timeout out of nowhere and logging in using password is painful as we tend to forget the credentials thus we often need to perform forgot password every time a session has timeout.
