Square Appointments

The app is fine so far but the time zone on the calendar changing is a major issue. If you travel the times on the calendar change making it really difficult to book/manage appointments. It makes no sense and different time zones are not necessary for most businesses that are in one city. Please fix it so it’s just a calendar that doesn’t change time zones or at least have the option. Also an option to invoice directly from an appointment or to be able to link an invoice to an appointment would be very beneficial as well as bulk invoicing multiple appointments.

The servers are constantly down. I have issues booking appointments, checking my balance, doing bank transfers etc. if my business wasn’t already established I would try something different for clients.

The same services I first put out on my booking. Flow are still there even though I’ve updated my services on my Appointments app and on my Square dashboard and it still won’t change. When I set appointments myself, the services are there in the Appointments app. But those services don’t transfer to my Square booking flow, which is outrageous and very annoying, being that I have people wanting to schedule and they can’t even schedule with me because my Square, that everyone talks about is acting up like what???! Square has done nothing but made me lose customers. Are you serious?!!! I tried to look up how to fix it. I see people are saying list the services under the staff or make sure it has a location in it and it does so like what is the problem Square????! I’ve spent so much time building a website through Square. I’ve spent so much time learning Square just for it to simply not work for me like what?!! that’s so outrageous.

We’ve been using it for 3 years now! Great app. Wish I could have a calendar view though for the appointments.
