Square - Dashboard for POS

Every time I open dashboard I have to click 52 weeks ago. A Saturday sales does not equal Saturday sales a year ago. Never has never will. Why can’t I forking make 52 weeks ago the standard. Make it a setting. Got the new dashboard, installed it, no option to choose what it’s up or down from. Is it a year ago? Last week? 52 weeks? Promptly hit the - to throw it away. If you polled restaurant owners who care about their finances what they’d want, I’d venture to guess over90% would choose 52 weeks.

App doesn’t work at all. Downloaded it and it just stays stuck on the main screen with no ability to access any functions. Main screen is completely blank. Shows name of business at top and that’s it. Considering how much money we pour into square simple apps like this should work. You’re a software company sending out poor software to small businesses who pay to have functional programming.

Every time I open the app it makes me login again after a login error, then it just shows nothing. No buttons can be utilized. And eventually shuts itself down. I have the latest version and everything. Very frustrating. But again, so is most of squares product solutions. No thought out behind user experience.

The phones home screen dashboard widgets have disappeared! They no longer work. They are blank.

When the app updated this week, it will no longer open on my iPhone. I’ve tried everything. It just says, Oops something went wrong. Works fine on my iPad. Square has been no help. I need this app to work on my phone.

Just downloaded it for work and says I can’t connect to the server. Useless.

Download this app 10 times and had to delete it cause it’s frozen maybe something to do that you have an updated it to work with the iPhone 16 Pro Max, but it does not work. It’s frozen. I have to use one of my older phones to have this app work I do like the app but not if it’s gonna be frozen you need to fix it now

When you have multiple locations, the Gross sales doesn’t display right. Please fix the issue!

Best app ever. Helps me keep an eye on my business while I’m on the go

I had some problems when the app changed but most of it has been fixed. There’s lots more functionality than before, pretty easy to use. It’s nice to see it getting better.
