スタッフ間でコミニュケーションを取るためのメッセージ機能がこのアプリには実装されていないのに、あたかも使えるように機能が紹介されています。 このアプリの制作会社は不誠実で嘘の説明をしています。

月額3000円も取るならちゃんとしてください。

I work at a unique place that doesn't use scheduling(I work the same schedule every week.) It is unfortunate that the hours and time worked has got so confusing, inaccurate, and convoluted. On top of that tips are not included in estimated pay and are seemingly inaccurate at best. Additionally the hours worked don't load half the time. I am so disappointed that something that was usable is now a nightmare.

Awful app, so many bugs constantly, keeps locking me out of my account and nobody in customer service knows how to solve the issue

What kind of business management app doesn’t allow coworkers to communicate with each other to get cover or confirm details? Awful, genuinely. Now I have to collect half of my workplace’s numbers because I work cover shifts specifically and my workplace requires I know details about each shift for me to be prepared. Fix this.

I use this app for my job and it is so terrible! Every update is worse- I miss being able to see my estimated pay for a two week period! The cash tips (that are taxed!) are not visible anymore for some reason, which is very frustrating because our team relies heavily on those for our income! It also never loads the first time I open the app and says there is a connection problem even with great wifi! Come on square! I would like to see some helpful updates!!

Why would you take away the ability to see how much tips you have in your estimated earnings, I don’t even see where you can see how many tips you’ve made within a pay period anymore? Why is every single update making the app less and less user friendly
