Not working as of version from 2nd August 2023
Upgraded the app, afterwards neither the bike can be found nor a new pairing is possible. I need a stable an reliable software, and as such there must be a possibility to downgrade to any previous working version. I am disappointed how the customer is left with non working piece of software.
Akku Anzeige in Prozent wäre wünschenswert
Bringt ja nix wenn schaust und es einfach nur Grün ist. Man kann ja nicht nachvollziehen wie Fit der Akku noch ist. 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Update funktioniert nicht
Die App ist für nix. Um ein Update durchzuführen, soll man auf den AXS-Knopf der Komponente drücken. Wenn man das macht, passiert genau gar nichts. Ich frag mich echt, wozu es die App gibt. Wirklich ärgerlich.
Unbrauchbar
Update wird angezeigt, beim Start stürzt die App dauernd ab, unbrauchbar!

App stürzt laufend ab, egal ob beim FW update des AXS cotrollers oder ob man in die Tyrewiz details einsteigen will!
Update Problem mit GX AXS
Das Update 2.19.5 für GX RD kann nicht installiert werden, da die App beim drücken auf installieren, kurz danach abstürzt. Handy mit IOS 15.0.2
Beware…
This app is absolutely horrible. Full of bugs. Nothing works. SRAM please fix this… This is ridiculous, considering the cost of these components.
Hangs up will not allow firmware updates
Very buggy shows needing firmware updates on all of the components, but yet nothing happens tried rebooting, and restarting, changing batteries, updating software updating iPhone, etc.. Not a great experience.
Firmware won’t install
The front and rear derailleur firmware won’t install, front controller firmware installed fine, but the app shows that the bike “isn’t ready” to ride without the firmware for the other two components.
